The Hook-handed man is a villain with Count Olaf from Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. On both of his hands he has hooks. He is in the Bad Beginning, the first novel in the series. He leaves in the eleventh book to find his stepfather, Captain Widdershins, with his sister, Fiona. His journey has never been found out – all we know is that he was never seen again and probably taken by the Great Unknown, seen as a big question mark, along with all the others.
