Jacques Lacoursière

Jacques Lacoursière, CM CQ (1932 – 1 June 2021) was a Canadian television host, author and historian. Lacoursière was born in Shawinigan, Quebec. He was known for making historical documentaries about Quebec such as Épopée en Amérique : une histoire populaire du Québec.[1]

He died on 1 June 2021, at the age of 89.[2]

Lacoursière was made a Member of the Order of Canada in 2006.[3]
