John R. Davis Jr.

John Roger Davis Jr. (born July 25, 1927) is an American politician. From 1988 to 1990, he was the United States Ambassador to Poland during the Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush administrations.[1] Later, from 1992 to 1994, he was the United States Ambassador to Romania during the Bush and Bill Clinton administrations. Davis Jr. was born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
