Katherine Heigl (born November 24, 1978 in Washington, D.C.[1]) is an American movie and television actress. She has been active since 1992. Her most notable movies are Knocked Up and Bride of Chucky. Heigl began her career as a child model. She has also acted in television programs, including Grey's Anatomy.
