Kim Delaney

Kim Delaney (b. November 29, 1961) is an American movie and television actress. She played Jenny Gardner in the soap All My Children and a detective in the television series NYPD Blue. She also played in the television series Philly. The actress was born on in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
