LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl/Python) is an acronym that was used for one of the most common software stacks for many of the web's most popular web applications. As of 2022, LAMP refers to a generic software stack. The software used to make up the group is largely interchangeable.[1]
