Margaret Lyons CM (November 21, 1923 – October 5, 2019), born Keiko Margaret Inouye, was the first female vice president of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). She was known for her role in the CBC's "Radio Revolution". Lyons was designated a Member of the Order of Canada in 2010 for her work in broadcasting.
Lyons died from medically assisted death in Toronto on October 5, 2019, at the age of 95.[1]
