Maritime Region
Maritime is one of the five regions of Togo. The regional capital is Lomé, which is also Togo's national capital.

There are seven prefectures:
- Avé Prefecture
- Golfe Prefecture
- Lacs Prefecture
- Lomé (prefecture and capital city)
- Vo Prefecture
- Yoto
- Zio Prefecture
