Maxim Vyachaslavavich Gustik (Belarusian: Максім Вячаслававіч Гусцік; 1 May 1988 – 9 December 2023) was a Belarusian freestyle skier. As an athlete, Gustik won the youth world championships in 2006 and 2007. He made his debut at the World Cup on 1 March, 2008 in Moscow, where he took 10th place, thus gaining the first points in his career. His best achievement at the World Championships was a bronze medal in Kreischberg, Austria in 2015.[1]

On 9 December 2023, he died in a traffic collision. He was aged 35 at the time of his death.[2][3]
