Neosho Rapids is a city in Lyon County, Kansas, United States.[1] 229 people lived here at the 2020 census.[4]

Before, people called it Italia then Florence. It was planned out in 1855.[5] The city was named Neosho Rapids in 1857 from the whitewater on the Neosho River.[5]
