The Luzon bubble-nest frog, Davao bubble-nest frog, or Williams' bubble-nest frog (Philautus surdus) is a frog. It lives in the Phillippines. People have seen it on four islands: Bohol, Mindanao, Luzon, and Polillo, usually higher than 650 meters above sea level.[2][1][3]
