Raheela Yahya Munawar (Urdu: راحیلہ یحیی منور) is a Pakistani politician who has been a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab, since June 2013. Previously, she has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 2002 to 2007.

Early life and education[change | change source]

She was born on 10 June 1957 in Gujranwala.[1]

She has completed graduation and earned the degree of Bachelor of Arts.

Political career[change | change source]

She was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) on a reserved seat for women in Pakistani general election, 2002.[2] In August 2003, she was appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Health.[3]

She was elected to the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab as a candidate of Pakistan Muslim League (N) on a reserved seat for women in June 2013.[4]
