Raisin bread is a type of bread that has raisins in it. Most people think of it as sweet bread, and it sometimes has cinnamon in it. It can be eaten as toast or as a dessert. Raisin bread is normally sold pre-sliced and often eaten in Northern Europe and the United States. Raisin bread is normally brown in color from the cinnamon. It is normally dryer than normal bread.
