Reiulf Steen

Reiulf Hjalmar Steen (16 August 1933 – 5 June 2014) was a Norwegian politician, diplomat and journalist. He was a member for the Norwegian Labour Party. He served as Minister of Transportation from 1971 until 1972 and as Mister of Commerce from 1979 until 1981. He was also a MP for Oslo and Akershus from 1977 until 1993. He later became an Ambassador to Chile from 1992 until 1996.

Steen was born in Hurum, Buskerud.

Steen died in his sleep on 5 June 2014 in Oslo, aged 80.[1]
