Rio Grande

The Rio Grande is a river in the United States and Mexico. The name "Rio Grande" comes from Spanish that means "great river". The source of the Rio Grande is in Colorado. It flows through the states of Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas. In Mexico it flows through the states of Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas. The nearest mouth of the Rio Grande is in the Rio Grande Valley. At the end of the Rio Grande River is Tamaulipas.
