Roger Leland Wollman

Roger Leland Wollman (born May 29, 1934) is an American politician and lawyer. He is a Senior United States Circuit Judge since 2018. He was the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit from 1999 until 2002. He was nominated as a judge to this court by President Ronald Reagan in 1985.[1]

Wollman was born in Frankfort, South Dakota. He is the older brother of Harvey L. Wollman, former Governor of South Dakota.
