Ryoko Ishida (born 1974 or 1975 – (1990-07-06)6 July 1990), was a Japanese girl who was a high school student. She was torture murdered by her high school teacher, Toshiko Hosoi, aged 39, for being slightly late to school. She was murdered at around 8:30 a.m. After being injured and killed by her schoolteacher Hosoi, Toshiko Hosoi warned his other classmates, (who were fully aware that Ishida was injured and killed) that they should always remember to come to school on time, if they do not want to suffer the fate she did. Her skull was fractured, after her teacher had intentionally slammed a heavy metal gate onto her head, thus injuring and ultimately killing her. Ishida died at around 10:30 a.m, that day. Hosoi was fired from his role as a schoolteacher, and forbidden for coming back to the school, for killing Ishida, but unfortunately was never arrested or sent to prison. Her murder had been "described as a fatal accident", when the heavy metal gate had slammed shut onto her head, even though the schoolteacher was fully aware of his criminal actions, and had noticed Ishida rushing in, before he slammed the heavy metal gate onto her head. Ryoko Ishida was just 15 years old when she was killed. After being injured, Ryoko Ishida was sent to a hospital in the city of Kobe, where she was pronounced dead at around c. 10:30 a.m., that morning.
