Separation anxiety disorder

Separation anxiety disorder is a psychological issue. It makes a person have very intense anxiety when being separated from other people or their homes, school or friends to whom the person carries a strong emotional connection. There is excess fear or worry which is atypical of the true mental age and level. This condition may sometimes create physical troubles. Those under 18 are at highest risk for the problem.
