Shōnen (少年?) is a Japanese word. In English, it means few years. It can have any of the these meanings:
- Shōnen, a normal boy. A student in elementary school up to Middle School
- A word referring to the time of human youth, ignoring sex
- Shōnen (magazine), a manga magazine published by Koubunsha
- Weekly Shōnen Magazine, a manga magazine published by Kodansha
- Shōnen manga, manga whose audience is boys under 18-years-old
