WHAT I WILL DO TO IMPROVE THIS ARTICLE

1. I added a picture I sketched of "The arc length on the part of a circle" and titled it.
2. I corrected the definition about arc length, the first editor blend the definition of Arc length and chord.
3. I added two topics of calculating arc length on a circle with the given of "center angle & radius" or the given of "curvature & radius".
4. I also add a sub-heading of "calculate the arc length not on a circle", I introduce the easy & earlier way to calculate the arc length not on a circle to get an estimated answer.
