New Site and Page?[change source]

Hi. Is this a new site that branches off from "the" Wikipedia?? There are SO many errors on this page about Catherine. Why are you not copying the actual Wiki page which has the correct info? Lady Meg (talk) 15:20, 9 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Lady Meg. It would be helpful to know what you consider to be mistakes. I am going to compare our article with theirs... We are not allowed to just copy the English Wikipedia article. Please read: WP:An English Wikipedian's guide, especially the section on What Simple English Wikipedia is not: [1].Those readers, such as yourself, who have the ability to understand at a more complex level have the privilege of their article being available. Ours must be written on a simpler level. This does not mean, however, that ours can have errors. I will mention that ours should have some sources and I am going to try to introduce some as I read through for mistakes. Thanks for your concern. Done, I believe: so this simplified version is now based on the more factual content of the English Wikipedia version. I surmise that whatever mistakes there were are in the section entitled "Life" that I removed. Some of the content is now in the new version and if anyone feels the notion to add back any of the rest of her life, please add sources.Thanks Fylbecatulous talk 20:12, 8 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
