Redirect my mistake[change source]

I am very sorry for redirecting this article to cake, its supposed core article. For that, i have reverted, Wikified and I humbly make my apology.-- Tdxiang@ 10:23, 7 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

An odd bit of info[change source]

An English-speaking comedian, recently claimed that "German chocolate cake" has a different name in Germany:

"chocolate cake" (simply !).

Is it worth knowing what is the difference, in USA, between "German chocolate cake" and "chocolate cake" ? N.a.d. (talk) 02:24, 15 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Recipe in article[change source]

Similar to what I said in Talk:Korean cuisine not long ago, an article about any type of food shouldn't have directions on how to make it. Wikipedia is suited to have information on food providing some information on its ingredients, history of it, and only minor information on how it's made, not a procedure of what the preparation of the food is like. See en:Coq au Vin for more information. Recipes on the procedure of making a certain food should go on the Wikibooks' Cookbook section there. Nifky^ 09:16, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, yes, I erased the recipes, or somebody erased it, I think. Instead, I added {{cookbook, Chocolate cake}}. Is that okay? :) Miss Tilney (talk) 03:32, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, that is excellent. Thank you for your fine work! :) fr33kman 03:38, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
