Simplicity?[change source]

I know this is the translation of the week, and we do have a rough "translation". I thin we still need to focus on the following:

  • Readability scores. We are currently at a score of 17/100 (which means "university level"). There are things we cannot change (technical terms), but there are other things we can change (sentence length)
  • It looks like it doesn't only affect shrimp/prawn, but also other crustaceans. I know, lobsters are usually not treated that way. Can we come up with a reference to a non-shrimp/prawn example?
  • It is forbiden for some products in Europe, it seems to be widespread in the US. Most commercially-farmed shrimp are likely Asian. I guess lower customer-price also means lower level of animal welfare. Our article (nor the English one), doesn't mention Asia at all...
  • I am unsure if the animal is blind after the eyestalks are removed/made unusable, or if there's another pair of eyes, and it is simply vision-impared...
