No doubt the page can be improved, but it does not deserve the POV flag. In general, editors who put up the POV flag should explain why on the talk page. Otherwise, later editors may not understand what the problem was. Macdonald-ross (talk) 16:40, 29 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
