I've improvised article cause it belongs to an olympian who has already competed in olympic game in fencer Sport. I think we shouldn't delete it but we can gather some info and help to built the article cause it seems to be notable. i've added some info by looking at his english wikipedia and tagged as stup here. I would, since the QD has been declined and you have improved the article, like to say that the reason I initially nominated the article is because in its original version, it made no mention of his Olympic coverage, or the fact that he was an athlete - it gave no impression he was notable in any way.
