• Herbert Youngblood is shown being killed in Mason City Iowa bank robbery. In fact Youngblood was killed in a police shootout March 1934
• Pretty Boy Floyd is shown meeting with Dillinger and is later killed while fleeing from the Little Bohemia shootout. In fact it is doubtful if Dillinger and Floyd ever meet, and Floyd was killed near East Liverpool Ohio
• Harry Pierpoint is shown being killed by police in a gunfight; in fact he was executed in the electric chair in prison
• Dillinger is shown firing a BAR-in fact his heavy weopon of choice was a .45 caliber Thompson Machine Gun. Ironically the fictionalized Bonnie and Clyde movie which the Dilliger movie was inspired by-shows Bonnie and Clyde using .45 Thompson Machine Gun-when in fact Clyde Barrow weopon of Choice was a BAR!
