percent change[change source]
I don't understand the percent change column. Is it p.a.? Is it total (what I would assume from the column's name but which is obviously not true)? And which columns (i.e., years) are being compared? I tried 1979 and 2008 (they seemed the most likely) and saw, e.g., that Darkhan went up by about 50% and that a smaller place with about 1/10 of Darkhan's population went up about 50% -- but the percent change column gave the second place, with a smaller percentage difference between these two dates a considerably larger value.
