The URL/title should be changed to "Reagan's Neshoba County Fair speech". He did not call it a "state's rights" speech, nor was it a speech just about "state's rights". Calling it that is a way for certain people to use code words to label is as a bigoted or racist speech.

Reagan wasn't inaugurated as President until January 1981, so how can it be a 1980 speech held by President Reagan?
