I would say leave. WP:Naming conventions "the most common name used in English should be used to name an article on the Simple English". Thus The article name is Winston Churchill, not Sir Winston Churchill, and likewise the article "Anthony Eden" begins "Robert Anthony Eden, 1st Earl of Avon" Bärl iner 12:59, 18 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
