Tagging the movemnet as paramilitary shows an bias. --89.60.238.113 (talk) 07:39, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It "was started as a paramilitary group", this does not show that it is one now. Chenzw  Talk  07:43, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Added section How it start. Fro this it is very clear that the Mafeking Brigade was a paramilitary group; the scout movement today no longer is (it is more centered around experiences/surval) --Eptalon (talk) 08:49, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The Mafeking Cadets were no Scouting organization, so it is not correct to deduce the character from them. Education for peace was part of the Scout programme from its very beginning in 1907. --89.60.238.113 (talk) 16:57, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That is correct, the Corps members were ordinary cadet boys; there were no scouts yet - Don't hesitate to change the article as you see fit to fix what you think is incorrect --Eptalon (talk) 23:53, 12 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
