This is a pretty good article, but the topic is statistics, not something related to medicine. Why would you use words nobody has ever heard of, like "percutaneous nephrolithotomy"? The actual medical treatments don't matter at all for the explanation of Simpson's paradox, so it would be much better to use only simple words.
