I'm responding to User:Dean_randall's request for editors to help with this article on Simple English Wikipedia. I've mainly taken the infoe from en.wikipedia and tried to edit the english. But I haven't worked on Simple English before. So please let me know if this is a bad thing. Also, any comments on on how good my simplification is would be welcome! --SiobhanHansa 14:36, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Since he was an Australian it seems to me that the dates should be written in the format used in Australia. That is day month year. Is this not how it's done? Jimp 00:31, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No, it isn't. It's done however the hell whoever is writing wants to do it, and people can change how formatted dates are displayed in Special:Preferences. J Di 00:36, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. Jimp 00:39, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
That's what's meant to happen, anyway... Doesn't seem to work on this wiki for some reason. J Di 00:41, 22 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
