Evaluation: Lack of depth[change source]

First of all, the lead section, consisting of only one sentence, concisely describes the topic of the article. However, it is actually too concise, in the sense that it does not contain any information on the main sections of the article and does only extremely briefly introduce the topic.

Secondly, content-wise the article hugely lacks in depth, especially considering the complexity of the Syrian civil war. While the discussed aspects of the topic are undoubtedly most essential in order to fully understand the Syrian civil war, these aspects are discussed in the simplest possible way, with some sections only consisting of one sentence. Consequently, essential information is missing.

Thirdly, the article does make use of a big amount and variety of sources however, contributing to the legitimacy of the article. Raphaël.Dobbelstein (talk) 12:41, 1 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
