Hello and thank you for participating in the 2024 Feminism and Folklore Edit-a-Thon! First, I will run the text through my readability gizmo. ...and it's coming back ninth grade at the lowest with an average of tenth. I like to see middle school level.

Now I will read your article with my fantastic human brain. ...if this is a translation from en.wiki or any other wiki, it has to be marked as such to give our colleagues credit for their work. This is a longstanding policy here on SEWP: WP:TA.

Other than that, I'd like to see more simplification of the English. For example, instead of just putting links on non-simple words, link and explain: [[coronation|crowning ceremony]] or [[coronation|ceremony naming the person king]]. Darkfrog24 (talk) 22:41, 17 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, @Darkfrog24. I've simplified the coronation to "becoming king". Also, I've created this page with the help of three wikis: English, Indonesian, and Malaysian. It's not a direct translation. Do I need to mark it with all wikis? If yes, how do I do that? – Cyber.Eyes2005Talk 03:41, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Huh. That is a tough one. Time to take it to Simple Talk. Darkfrog24 (talk) 16:01, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, here's what I've got. For now, when you start the article, say it's a translation in the first change summary. But instead of "from en.wiki oldid=#######," say "from en.wiki oldid=#######, id.wiki oldid=########, from mg.wiki oldid=#########."
Can't believe it took me this long to figure it out, but you can put three "translated" templates on the same talk page at once. They don't interfere with each other. So this talk page would have {{translated|en|Tengkolok|version=[number1]}} {{translated|id|Tengkolok|version=[number2]}} {{translated|mg|Tengkolok|version=[number3]}} You'd insert the three numbers from the versions of the pages that you copied, from the page history. Got it! I've added the translation templates. Thanks for the detailed response. :) – Cyber.Eyes2005Talk 12:55, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
