TTL ICs from South Korea[change source]

I was in South Korea a while back and one point of national pride was that it was Korean technology that put man on the moon. Most Americans were revolted by the brag, but it seems I remember seeing that "Made in Korea" on the bottom of ICs. Maybe military or aerospace grade TTL, 54xx series, by TI? Does anybody else have any recollection of devices, late 6-'s or early 70's maybe? 24.234.51.179 (talk) 21:45, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Herschel Peeler24.234.51.179 (talk) 21:45, 7 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

G Series CMOS from Potato Semi ?[change source]

I won't take it upon myself to change this entry, but I question whether this entry on Potato Semiconductor's "G" series CMOS belongs on the list. My concerns are:

Their parts do not appear to have ever passed peer review.

They appear to have only made 281 sales since year 2004. I base this number on their eBay feedback score, which seems fair as they sell exclusively through eBay.

Their advertised speed is based on testing under impossible-to-achieve test conditions, e.g. driving a 2 pF load when even a single gate presents a 4 pF load.

They are the only line of CMOS to have the manufacturer's name attached - suggesting this is mere marketing.
