Taran Adarsh (born 13 June 1965) is an Indian movie critic, journalist, editor and movie analyst. He has also worked in movie production and writing. He is the son of director and producer, BK K Adarsh.

Adarsh started his career at the age of 15 as a reporter for Trade Guide, a weekly box-office magazine. In 1994, he wrote and produced the Bollywood film Hello Bollywood. He is currently employed as a movie analyst and critic of Bollywood Hungama .
