This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that identifies a member of WikiProject India.
To join WikiProject India, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject India/Members.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP India}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user is a member of
WikiProject India.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP India|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user invites you to join
WikiProject India.

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
