Terry Balsamo (born October 8, 1972 in Tampa, Florida), is an American guitarist. He is the former guitarist of the alternative metal band Cold and the current guitarist of Evanescence.
Balsamo was hired as Evanescence's new lead guitarist after Ben Moody left the band. He co-wrote the album The Open Door with Amy Lee and also participated in the songwriting process of Evanescence.
Balsamo uses Ibanez guitars.
