Competed at a multitude of events from an Iron Man Triathlon [swim/bike/run] in Lanzarote 2005 to Tour de Havana. Road racing / trials , duathlon [run/bike/run/], rowathlon [row/bike/run], rowing/erging, running.

Mountain walking with my father who is a keen Munro bagger.
Dog walking with the new addition to the family the Siberian Husky yo-yo he is a little bigger now!!

Current bike is a Honda CBR1000rr fireblade. For my 33rd birthday I took an Aston Martin DB9 around a track which was fun.
