Life and career 1979–2010: Early life and career beginnings Rickey was born on Sint Maarten in 1979 to well known Caribbean busniesse man Renyald Alexander York, and Estella Blyden, His mother, a native of the Dominican Republic , and his father is of Dutch Nationality.
