I would like to edit, but am unable to. I cannot create an account either. I get the message: "Account creation from this IP address (148.177.1.211) has been blocked by Tim Starling. The reason given by Tim Starling is Halifax range block, due to EoT". Considering this IP address is not geographically related to Halifax, is this an error? Could the range block be lifted or perhaps altered to prevent this collateral damage? Thank you.

Can you please check again? I still cannot edit any page except this one. I still cannot create an account. To elaborate on the problem described above, when I attempt to edit I get this message, "This account, IP address or IP address range has been blocked from changing Simple English Wikipedia. 142.177.6.0/23, You were blocked by Tim Starling for the following reason(s): Halifax range block, due to EoT. Your IP address is 148.177.1.211. This block has been set to finish on: indefinite." Does this help identify the specific problem that prevents me from editing?
