Account Creation from this IP address blocked have tried to email the blocking admin to create and account for me but am unable to because Benniguy had vandalised on this ip address before I came here. This account or IP address has been blocked from changing Simple English Wikipedia. 78.145.0.0/16, You were blocked by Creol for the following reason: Abusing multiple accounts: Benniguy Your IP address is 78.145.105.63. This block has been set to finish on: 08:13, 25 January 2009 This is the reason why i cant create and account as the whole of the IP's have been blocked. I am trying to do my ICT homework which was to create an account on simple wikipedia.
