Please don't put your own templates into articles and please don't mark it for QD - it has enough info, and if were 'useless', as you tagged it, then all articles about French cities would all have to be deleted. I removed that, plus a protection template, because it was obviously not protected and I saw that you made you own template called Template:Ts. If you want to have the {{stub}} changed, you should discuss at Template talk:Stub. And if you want to test, please go to the sandbox.
