Sorry, I don't know what you are talking about. Please be clearer. Chenzw  Talk  03:21, 3 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Is that the depth will be decrease if used the semi-auto like '''{{subst:PAGENAME}}''' to create some articles?--Aplikasi (talk) 11:15, 3 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am still not sure what you mean by "depth"... Chenzw  Talk  17:20, 3 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

One Bounce[change source]

Dear ChenzW, One Bounce is indeed a legitimate game played in many areas of the United Kingdom, particularly within the secondary school community (Boys within the ages of 11-18). I am therefore concerned that you feel the need to try and report the page, as it is valid and definitely notable. It is a well known game, it also appears in the full version of Wikipedia although a sub-section of the article ‘Street Football’ I felt it was time that people could access this information on the internet. I am frankly offended that you intend to restrict what people can and can’t view; you may not know the game, but I and many others respect the tradition of the lunch time One Bounce. If you don’t recognise a game, it does not mean that it does not exist. Research before you file a deletion. We will be very disappointed if you succeed in taking down the page. Yours sincerely, A One Bounce Player — This unsigned comment was added by 62.255.165.54 (talk • changes). 14:34, 8 February 2013‎ (UTC)[reply]

Please let know for future reference[change source]

Hi, I notice you declined three QD's recently. That's fine. I figure I'm not an admin, so if I watch New Pages a little strictly, an admin will overrule me if I go overboard with a QD. But, I really do want to know why just making articles with "The" at the front is OK. That user has made lots more like The Baltic States, The Euro, The Council of Europe, The NATO, The Ukraine, and even The Europe and The New iPad. If these are fine, why not The Atlantic Ocean or The Antarctic? Won't these just clog up the autocomplete on search? Or, am I missing something here? Or is just a QD vs Discussed Deletion thing? Thanks! Gotanda (talk) 06:39, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The main reason was that those redirects exist on EN, and I also felt that some people do refer to those subjects with "The". The above redirects you listed are also on EN, but I personally feel that The NATO, The Europe and The New iPad sound unconventional as alternate names (despite existing on EN). They will indeed appear in autocomplete, but I don't know if it will have any significant detrimental impact. Of course, even though the QDs for those redirects were declined, everyone is still free to nominate them for deletion at RFD. Chenzw  Talk  08:38, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply to what is actually a pretty minor issue. Much appreciated. Good to know others' thoughts on editing. Gotanda (talk) 10:00, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

hayfield university[change source]

This massage is from the Hayfield University. We just upgrading the school information. But youguys not accepted. It was from same catalog upgrading. If youguys still changing school information, we are maybe leave from Simple English Wikipedia.. — This unsigned comment was added by Mtsinaics (talk • changes). 13:36, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you're acting on behalf of the university, then I suggest you read our policies regarding editing with a conflict of interest. Ideally, you shouldn't be editing that article. I understand you are just updating the information, and that it was from the catalog. However, the catalog (which has been uploaded online [1]) does not specify its copyright license. The website is copyrighted, and without any details specific to the catalog we have to go by that and assume it is also copyrighted. Our copyright policies do not allow you to copy and paste material from these kinds of sources. Normally I would tell you to rewrite it in your own words, but if you are from the university then you should stick to the article's talk page. Osiris (talk) 13:51, 21 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
