Welcoming users

Hi Danidamiobi, and thanks for helping out welcoming new users. However, could you only welcome editors who have edited recently: I have noticed you welcoming people from May and before who have only made 1 edit, and this creates an unhelpful influx of new pages to patrol (especially since you are appearing to be going through every single one). While it is good to welcome people, maybe just stick with welcoming those that have been created recently and that have made more than one edit? Thank you so much MiloDenn. I am so sorry for putting so much work on the patrol team. It's indeed much waste of time and efforts to welcome new accounts that may never make a single edit especially when I have no idea whether the account is constructive. If you could trust and grant me rights not to be patrolled temporarily, I would be glad. Whichever way, I'll stick to your recommendation. It's the best. Danidamiobi (talk) 17:51, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

No worries at all: I'm almost finished! What would be much better is welcoming new accounts that you see are active (have a look here: [1]). You could also help revert any vandalism or help create or edit content to make simple.wikipedia even better! Thanks very much, Milo, Talk, Contribs 17:54, 25 June 2018 (UTC)

Mac User:Macdonald-ross, being a user I respect so much, I just reviewed my userpage and saw that it is really worthy of correction. I need some privacy too.
