I'm not sure if it's a language issue, but this is a direct attack on the person and not their notability: "just an urban mad with a mania of grandeur and a thirst for cheap glory, a freak of a certain degree of marginality". Vermont (talk) 13:06, 17 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

At one time I studied this issue quite well. I just wrote as it is. Unless the words "Freak" and "Urban mad" in Ukrainian probably have a slightly different meaning - probably not as rude as in English, which I have at the basic level. — Green Zero обг 13:20, 17 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
