LinkFA - markup...[change source]

Hello. This bot marked the :bar - interwiki-Link on Google as "featured" in this edit, and my bot disagreed (and undid this change). I think my bot is right though, as the article bar:Google isn't "featured" (or 'excellent') but just "good", and thus not markup-worthy. In fact, that is true for all :bar links, as the :bar - wp doesn't have any 'featured' articles. Just thought I'd tell you ;) --Guandalug (talk) 21:56, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

See bar:Wikipedia:Stammtisch#Sollen_.22berige_Artikel.22_im_dewiki_gekennzeichnet_werden.3F for that issue. Don't you use the most current featured.py revision, too? --MelancholieBot (talk) 10:34, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I don't use the PyWikipediaBot at all, I got an own, self-written bot for this (as by the time I wrote it, the Py-bot didn't seem to have a working Link FA - management). And for me, I got told by a :bar user NOT to mark the 'good' articles using Link FA on my German discussion page (or rather, the archive by now), see here. Crazy..... I can easily add the 'bar' articles to my bot's working list, of course... but I guess this needs more discussion. *sigh* Wish they'd make up their minds on what they want. --Guandalug (talk) 11:57, 12 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Due to no edits in over a year I have removed your bot flag. If you wish to activate your bot again let one of us crats know and we can certainly get your flag back. Thanks. -DJSasso (talk) 18:55, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
