Rename

Could you rename my account to User:Raffaello9? Thanks in advance. Canderous 11:17, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Grazie! Raffaello9 13:15, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My name

I have created a new page, called User:Ionas68224/My name in different alphabets. I would like (if you can) to put my name in another alphabet, other than those already listed. My name is Ionas Dalton Rand. I already have Devanagari, Cyrillic, Hebrew, and Greek. I have trouble putting Arabic and Chinese. Please reply on my talk page.

Thank you

Dear Vector, I thank you for supporting me in my request for bureaucratship, which eventually did not suceed. Nope, I don't use the word failure here. Failure comes only when you fail to realise, when you fail to continue. It has been a great experience here and I will still continue my job here. I know, it's not that you disapprove of me, but it's that we do not need anymore bureaucrats. Sure, I'm open. I'm really fine with that. I'm sorry if my response came late. School camps and donation drives have held me up, I'm sorry. Thank you once again, you're a great friend! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tdxiang (talkcontribs)

Re:thanks

Thanks! I'll probably stop by a few times during my vacation. :) Nishkid64 (talk) 18:40, 12 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Check it out. I made a sandbox article about 'crats while basing it off from the en wiki. I don't know if it is purely accurate, but I was wondering if it was good (or if you would approve to it). Alright, later:P --§ Snake311 (T + C) 05:33, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bot usage

Hi Vector. You've given flag to User:HujiBot, which is an interwiki bot, generally. However, I was thinking of using it for other perposes, like fixing double redirects. I tested two double redirects today, and it worked correctly. I was thinking if I need to reapply for this new fatuer on Wikipedia talk:Bots or not. - Huji reply 20:41, 17 August 2007 (UTC) PS:I'm watching, reply here[reply]

Huji, the bot already has a flag; practically all this means is that the bots edits are normally hidden from RC. There is thus nothing else to apply for, but I'm sure your letting us know about the change in program is appreciated. We can add 'general purpose' to the bot description alongside 'interwiki'. Your request for CU permission

Dear Vector,

I archived you request for CU permission, as unsuccessful. Apparently, three checkuser accounts are enough in our current state. Nevertheless, please feel free to nominate yourself later when you felt you can make this wiki work more smoothly having this permission.

With my best wishes, - Huji reply 07:52, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Page protection

Dear Vector,

Please take a few moments and read Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard#Protected_talk_page. Your response is required there, I think.

Thank you!

Thanks for reverting the vandalism on my user talk page! JetLover Bam! 23:00, 20 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Administrators

Are you guys in need of any more admins/sysops on this site, because I would be willing to help you out if you are....I have much experience in reversions of vandalisms and the such. Even though I just joined here, I've been nom'ed N00b of the month on Uncyclopedia, and I have done many good things over there. Let me know if you need help. -Razorflame 19:55, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sysophood is only granted if you gain enough trust by the community and have a decent knowledge of simplewiki policies. Also, it is recommended that a user has 3 months experience plus 1k number of edits before running for adminship. To find out more information, see Wikipedia:Administrators and bureaucrats and Wikipedia:Criteria for adminship. Also, if you have akills of reverting vandalism, it would be better if you demonstrate your abilities here so that the community could support you on your RfA:) --§ Snake311 (T + C) 21:32, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Every time I try to demonstrate it, someone beats me to it. -Razorflame 23:13, 23 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Don't worry, you have at least 3 months to prove it:) --§ Snake311 (T + C) 00:15, 24 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Can you

Can you archive Commetstyles RFA since it passed and archive Spiderpig0001's RFA since it was withdrawn, unless somebody else does it before you get this message, thanks. Oysterguitarist 23:01, 26 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

One of my prior nomination was archived my myself ;-))) ... I 'm just coming here still wondering why I'm still unsysoped six months after my first nomination.
Vector, you've been kind enough to vote several times for me, the European fellow, and, before I resign as a second-zone User, let me hope you'll investigate further.
Some of the Simple's sysops already knew before vetoing me that under OnANcle's anagram, I'm remaining an active sysop on another quite similar wiki :

http://www.internet-encyclopedia.org/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=&user=Alencon&page=

...Following this link it will be easier to know whether or not I could apply an ultimate nomination. ONaNcle 23:04, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stewardship

Hiya .snoopy. :) I didn't find out until now that you were running for stewardship. Well good luck on it:) For some strange reason, I involuntary supported you without knowing it until realizing it about 10 minutes later. --§ Snake311 (T + C) 00:18, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RFA thanks

Dear Vector,
Thank you for your participation in my RFA which closed successfully with 19 supports and 1 oppose which didn't count since it was made by a sock of a banned user. If you have any comments, concerns, or any suggestions for me as an Administrator, feel free to leave a note on my talkpage. Thank you.  Lights  talk  13:47, 23 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
