Witness for the Prosecution

Witness for the Prosecution is a 1957 American mystery movie directed by Billy Wilder and was based on the 1925 short story and 1953 play of the same name by Agatha Christie. It stars Tyrone Power, Marlene Dietrich, Elsa Lanchester, Charles Laughton, Henry Daniell, Ian Wolfe, Norma Varden, Torin Thatcher and was distributed by United Artists. It was nominated for 6 Academy Awards in 1958.
