Xylem

Xylem is a vein in plants. Xylem sap is made mainly of water and minerals, goes through the xylem from the roots to the stem. It is one of two vessels in the plant which transports things. The other one is the phloem, which transports sugar. The inside part of the tube is called the xylem.
